How do I store my Fuel Meals once they arrive?

All meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Our meals are prepared fresh and stay delicious for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. If you cannot finish them in time, you can freeze them for up to 30 days.

Can I customize the ingredients in specific meals?

To ensure efficiency and food safety, we do not currently offer individual ingredient substitutions. However, we provide a wide variety of menu options including gluten-free, dairy-free, and high-protein selections to suit your dietary needs.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship orders weekly. Depending on your location and the day you placed your order, your meals will typically arrive between Wednesday and Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our kitchen.

How do I heat my meals?

Simply remove the plastic film and any sauce containers. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to keep your food at safe temperatures for several hours after delivery.
